This visa is for foreigners working or doing business in Thailand. If you have a Non-Immigrant B Visa you may seek work in Thailand (and you will need to get a Thai Work Permit once you have a job). Foreigners who work in Thailand must have proper Visas and a Work permit. You cannot work or volunteer in Thailand with a Tourist or Retirement Visa.
