THAI GOVERNMENT WORK PERMIT FEES

Note that these Government fees and the rules on Work Permits have a tendency to change frequently so it is a good idea involve Sunbelt’s attorneys involved early in the process.  Some Law Firms in Thailand often charge from 10,000 to 40,000 Thai Baht to handle Thailand Work Permit applications.  Sunbelt Asia’s professional fees are much lower and our licensed lawyers have handled far more Work Permits than all other law firms in Thailand combined.  In addition, Sunbelt’s professional fees for Work Permit renewals have been lowered as Sunbelt Asia Legal Advisors’ way to say “Thank you” to our returning clients that have used our services over the years.

Replacement of a permit	500 Baht/book
Permission to change or add job description	1,000 Baht/time
Permission to change or add employer	3,000 Baht/time
Permission to change or add a location or place of work	1,000 Baht/time
Permission to add or change conditions	150 Baht/time
Suspension of work permit	100 Baht/time
