Dependents no longer entitled to an extension if linked to a retirement visa.

As of 1st September 2007 dependents will no longer be granted an extension of stay if the host foreigner has an extension based on retirement. 

New Non Imm B Extension Regulations

There have been some changes to the supporting documentation required by Immigration when applying for an extension to a Non Immigrant "B" visa.

As of 4th May 2007 applications for an extension of a Non Immigrant "B" visa must be supported by the following documentation:- 

Re-entry Permit 

If you have an extension of stay and would like to travel outside of Thailand for a short period then an re-entry permit will be needed.
