My questions are 1. What are most of these projects. 2. Who is making the money, 3. Is this helping the Thai Economy I was just thinking what Sukhumvit road would look like in 20 years and I saw a lot more tall buildings... |

Sukhumvit Road is about 400km long running from Ploenchit in Bangkok all the way to Trat. Could you be more specfic about which part are talking about.  TH |

There are going to be enormous traffic problems in a year or so on the one-way system around Soi 39 Sukhumvit to Petchburi Road and back.
In Soi Promphong there are (at least) 2 HUGE Condominiums being built, the Residents of which will have to use the very narrow one-way Sois to get to and from their property. I really cannot understand why anyone would buy a Unit in these new Condos when it’s obvious that access / egress will be a major, continuing problem. Patrick |
