I have to do my next 90 day report on 3 January, which is a Sunday. Does the 7 day grace period still apply, particularly 7 days after the due date as I will be away (in Thailand) for New Year? I use the One Stop Visa Centre for my 90 day reports.

Too many people to ignore have recently posted they had been told it is now only 7 days before. Nothing official changing 'policy' has been issued but it was always a policy rather than law so they may not do so. I would go early (if they open) or use Chiang Watanna for that report.

You could always post it to Chaeng Wattana (address below)

ศูนย์ราชการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา (อาคารบี. ชั้น 2)

แขวงทุ่งสองห้อง เขตหลักสี่

Indeed you could. Send in by EMS; must arrive by the due report date.

Well Lopburi
You are going to tell me that I am off topic again but do I understand this correctly:
We can mail our request for the 90 days even though we are registered in Bangkok but away, in Thailand?

As long as the address back to you on the return envelope is your Bangkok address they don't care where you mailed the 90 day report from. This assures them you will pick up your new 90 day slip at your registered Bangkok address. I have done this many, many times as I am frequently up-country.

Thank you for he reply

Last year I wanted to send the papers to them but, at the Suanplu immigration, I was told by one of the girls I could not do that as I was staying in Bangkok

This was confirmed by many of the posters on this site

Does that mean that, since Bangkok doesn't take care of this nationwide anymore, the rule has changed and we are allowed to mail it?

Bangkok always said you could not do if you asked - but those that just did it had no problems. Not sure if it is sanctioned now or not but many people seem to be doing it.

Here'a question: We know that CW accept 90 day reports by post. Does the One Stop Visa Centre (Ratchayothin, but soon to be Sam Yan) accept post ins?
