Warning for farang in Khon Kaen.
The farang in Khon Kaen are warned that in the late evening and at night a group of 8-10 young boys are cruising on motorbikes looking for farang in the city centre of Khon Kaen. They are armed with clubs, maybe knives, and are prying on farang to threaten them for money. Be careful, use tuktuks or your own car if you have to go somewhere, leave your motorbike at home. Warning for groups of young boys in Khon Kaen.
These boys are warned that in the late evening and at night a farang is cruising in a large pick-up looking for a gang of young boys in the city centre of Khon Kaen. He is armed with bull-bars front and rear and is prying on Thai yobs to crush them into pulp for retribution. Be careful, use tuktuks or your mums pick-up if you have to go somewhere, leave your motorbike at home. Take this warning seriously! Here's how they left one unsuspecting farang robbed at the side of a Khon Kaen main road. Cruel bast.'ds.....!

You can be bloody (literally) certain the warning I gave is very serious. Last night 3 known cases. Poverty is rising very sharp in Isan, lots of people are fired or out of work, businesses are closing, foodstalls have to stop because of oversupply. And farang are easy prey, more so after consuming some liquid fortifiers. Please take care! |
