Greetings! :-)

Do you know if T3 medications (for Thyroid treatment) are available from doctors in Thailand? If so, which medications are they? Armour? Cytomel? Something else?

The brand names you mention may not be the same in Thailand.

Using generic names, I see thyroxine sodium and thyroid extract listed in Thailand for the treatment of hypothyroidism, but not triiodothyronine or liothyronine.

Maestro.....while I'm hopeful (praying?) that someone else will somehow post a different answer.....your quick reply and the link to that most helpful website shows that you recognize the importance and gravity of topics that are posted in the "Health" forum here.

Thank you, sir. Really.

I am not familiar with "armour"

but i have easily purchased T3-cytomel.

it typically comes in 100 pill bottle, each pill 100 mcg. you should get a pill cutter because most people only need 25-50 mcg.
i assume you already know this and the risks of t3 use...?

not every pharmacy has it, if you need a specific place, please PM me

several pharmacies tried to talk me into buying T4 instead... its something else entirely (when i bought t3 over a year ago, i researched this, but dont remember the details now of t3 vs t4)

i dont remember the price for the T3 bottle either. i am GUESSING it was under 500 baht.
