Hi, I'm a  25 years old french man, looking for a job in Bangkok , my background is marketing and sales (I did a business school in france and an exchange in Thailand at the Asia institute of technology). I already had an interview with a Thai company for the job of business development manager and I'm waiting for the awnser. I was wondering about social security and healthcare insurance, how is it in Thailand with the local companies, does they pay the insurance or I have to negotiate it?
