Pattaya presented service award certificates

At a ceremony conducted inside Pattaya City Hall on Monday, Meritorious Public Service Awards were presented to seven leading members of the local community, including five foreign nationals as well as two Thais.

The certificates, signed by the Mayor of Pattaya, were presented to the recipients by the Deputy Mayor.

Among the recipients were Mr. Peter Malhotra, the District Governor of Rotary International, Dr. Olivier Meyer, the President of Rotary Club Pattaya Marina, Mr. Peter Thorand, the Charter President of Rotary Taksin Pattaya, and Mr. Bernard Tuppin, the Charity Chairman of the Pattaya Sports Club.
