Net Niche Software Public Company Limited develops software for specialist needs with online specialist training to build communities of users in market niches. We are currently looking for the qualified Senior Developer/Team Leader to join our growing team.

You will probably be in a Senior Developer role with some experience of Team Leading and would want to move into a more focused Team Lead role. You will be reasonably hands-on for a few months in order to gain a real understanding of the new systems, and then gradually increase focus on the Team Leading aspects.

We are offering an excellent remuneration package and a work permit for the successful candidate.

Senior Developer/Team Leader - Software Development (.Net)

Required Qualifications
•   Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related technology field
•   In depth knowledge of .NET frameworks
•   Familiarity with process modeling techniques
•   Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
•   Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving

Preferred Qualifications
•   7-10 years of programming experience.
•   Experience developing Smart Client applications.
•   4-5 years of experience in .NET technology (.NET Assemblies, ASP, IIS, etc.) is an advantage
•   Experience in full life cycle of software development; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation
•   Proven experience of database design, and optimization in Microsoft SQL Server
•   Reporting Services experience
•   A working knowledge of HTML / CSS.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
