This forum is open to employers seeking both Thai and foreign employees.

In the case of foreigner, the employer must be willing to assist the employee
to obtain a Work Permit.

Without a Work Permit the foreigner is liable to imprisonment and deportation
and the employer will also be subject to penalties.
