I just uploaded Lupo Pen Suite 6.60 to the Download Thaivisa. This nifty program can run from an USB stick and is portable. If you install it on your computer you get an small Icon in System Tray and the prog open by right click.

The PortableApps suite is also worth checking out, though I personally tend to prefer choosing my own individual apps. The launchers for the two suites look remarkably similar.
