All I want is a site that has say hourly updates on the thb-usd rate, but I can't find any! A bunch of them post radically different rates and some are 2 days behind the others... any recommendations?

I've been happy with the Windows Vista Sidebar Foreign Exchange rates. It's really nice having the data on my desktop. otherwise, try oanada.com or bangkokbank.com

Very accurate, I have it set as my home page and always check before drawing any money from atm, their rate shown is higher than Bangkok Bank and I have found that the rate is usually within .01 baht of the rate my UK bank gives me.

Simple answer:

Type
convert 1 USD to THB
into the Google Search box of your browser, rates show up at top of result page. Works for any conversion of units.

Wow thanks that's a  really useful site, I'm always  logging into superrich a  bit of a  pain but this sites great. Superrich still the best

They are the best when converting to THB from most currencies, however I've been finding that they are not the best when converting from THB to some currencies. e.g. For AUD they are the worst!
The one that is the best seems to change day-to-day, so I have to keep checking.
