I'm looking for a 12 month lease for an absolute beachfront property on Koh Samui
Villa/House preferred but will consider an apartment.
Will consider any location as long as the beach is nice and the shallows
aren't full of rocks.
2 bedroom preferred but will consider 1 bedroom or 3 bedroom.
Can start the lease anytime from October 1st but no later than
the end of January.
Can be furnished or unfurnished.
Please PM me with any details.
Thanks
P.S. I have no pets, no kids and I am a non-smoker.

Hi, if anyone has any info; we are 2 families from Bkk looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom house (on the beach preferrably) for a couple of weeks in the last half of December.
Don't mind shelling out a bit for something nice, but value for money, as I have looked at some ads which have beautiful places but which are ungodly expensive.
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks

Unfortunately the period that you are looking at is 'make a killing' time for short term rents on Samui. It is the highest price for the year.
Be careful if you have not booked flights. They fill up quickly from now.

I can't advise on places in Lamai but you should consider that this is the cool season on Samui. You won't need the aircon until February at the earliest. Get a place with fans instead. Bills will be much cheaper.

You would pay 500 for a fan place and around the north coast the wind would take care of the rest. But up to you...
