Dear friends,
We, Thai Blood Database is calling for help. We are pleading for someone to help in donating blood.
The patient named Mrs. Sangwan Hoonpoo is now in the Srivichai2 Hospital, Bang Kae, Bangkok. She needs to get A Rh Negative blood donation for her operation. A Rh Negative is scarcely found in Thai people.
Please, if anyone is able to give her some of A Rh negative blood, you may save her life.
Contact details:
Khun Nid (The patient's daughter): 089-2330203
The speedy and helpful responses from you is very much appreciated.
Thanks to you all.
Best regards,

All the blood donation cards I have from previous donations say only that my blood is O Positive (+) How do I tell what the RH is?
Posted 2008-11-20 08:56:29
Mine says
AB rh D POS
Whatever that means!
Posted 2008-11-20 12:16:16
The "Rh" Factor is either + or -. Sorry, but a fast Google search on my part did not reveal what "Rh" actually stands for.
Posted 2008-11-20 20:28:41
Rh is Rhesus Factor which is a protein which is either present in your blood (+) or not present (-). The majority of people are in the positive group.

I have o-Negative.
Just let me now where, when and which time is most convenient for you.
How many liters are you going to drain out of me?
Kind regards,
Alex
