Dear All,
Can anyone advise me on getting a Thai import license,I dont want to set up a LTD company as its easier to do things through my wifes name and I am assuming with my past experiences here its made easier for Thais anyway.
What I would like to know is does a Thai need a ltd company or can they do it as a sole trader?
How long does it take and do you have to jump through many hoops.
Cant think of anything else right now but any advice appreciated.

A Thai simply needs a good contact at Khlong Toei port (Or whichever port it is)  Thanks we have been down that route already and although it works its all a bit too blind,if you know what I mean... |
