I live in BKK and about to do a 90 day report for hubby since he just had a surgery and cannot go to the SuanPlu office (we don't have a letter from the doctor if that matters). I heard it can be mailed in. Can anyone tell me what forms are needed & what's the procedure so I don't screw this up? Thank you

Officialy when you live in BKK you are not to mail it but go to the office.
The procedure you can find here: http://www.immigrati...php?page=90days Note that the self addressed envelope now must be 10 baht. Edit: You don't need a letter from the doctor. If you don't have the form you can download it from the site too, under download form, top right. #3Posted 2009-02-09 16:11:14
Anyone can take it in. You can do it on his behalf if you want.

Since I have been living in Bangkok I always mailed the report, never had a problem.
It's news to me that when living in Bangkok you have to go personally to the Immigration Office. It's really an easy thing, important is, however, to mail it on time. #5Posted 2009-02-09 16:29:10
Officially they are not too keen on it being done by people who live in Bangkok. It was for people who live out of the way. However many people do this with no problem.
