I have a 4 bedroom, three bath lanna style teak house on one rai near Bosang. I moved back to the U.S. for probably 6 years while my three step children finish high school. I would like to rent house out, depending on what I could get for it. I'll be back in C.M. from March 6-12 and would like to meet with some real estate agents that have a proven record of being able to rent houses. I realize that, with the economy, this isn't the best time to try to rent a large house but I don't want to waste any time listing it with companies that just want the listing and don't actively try to rent the property. Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent ? Thanks!
