What the deuce is pilates? I have just looked up a website named pilates.com, which carries seemingly medieval apparatuses that appear to be made for the purpose of bending people into unnatural postures.
Can somebody shed some light on the subject? Cheers, X-Pat #10Posted 2005-10-12 13:47:05 x-pat, on 2005-10-12 12:18:18, said: What the deuce is pilates?
