Yesterday a nephew bought me a small wild bird he found in the house. It made no effort to fly and showed no interest in food or water. We left it alone in shade outside so it could fly if it wanted. About an hour later it was dead.
Took the deceased into Sangkha, but of course it was a public holiday and government departments were closed. Buried the little bugger.
Anyone know if there is a hotline or given reporting procedure/location?
