I have plenty of local Thai high level SF4 players in my friends list(they are all tough as nails) but the more the merrier and as you all probably know, the online play search in SF4 is horrible.
Search by stability won't help at all, your best shot is to search by stability and focus on Japanese language players because on some days playing with Japanese is almost lag-free. But no matter what setting you use you will mostly get players from far abroad with way too much lag. Unless one knows the gamertag already it is almost impossible to find Thai, Korean, Malaysian or Singaporean players which is why I post here. It is such a pity what with the great, new championship mode and all...
