Because it is not too easy to find falang chickens for sale here and only limited to rhode island red types, I'm considering ordering fertilized eggs of other vareties  to be sent here and hatch them out myself with an incubator.  have found sources for many exotic breeds....arracuana [sp] is only one that I would like to grow.  Other advantage is that you would get straight-run, unsexed and would have the opportunity to breed and crossbreed.  
But, there are probably some regulations, especially with all the bird flu paranoia.   Has anyone done it or know the regs??

it would be easy to simply have a friend in the states resend them and not state contents, but if possible and legal [and easy/paperwise], i would prefer to do it that way.
