I need an investor for a hotel in a superb location. The hotel was opened 3 months ago but due to lack of fund, there is still 2 floor which is still incomplete and have to stop work. Although it has been opened for 3 months but the room occupany is very good with customers booking through the internet and walk-in due to the superb location.
