Let's look at whom we are dealing with. A funny coincidence: both Gary Scott Malone and George Shoepper Morgan have the same initials, GSM! Perhaps this should stand for Global Scams Managers??
In another profile posted on Twitter, Scott Malone confirms that his/his wife's Pattaya-based company HomeHunters is marketing The Beaches, which at present seems to be the company's main activity.
Given the scale of the investigation currently going on regarding this scam, GSM should probably stand for "God, Save Me!" But obviously, it has all gone too far, and at this juncture, there is nothing God can do!!
I would suggest that in this latest rip-off of unsuspecting farangs, George Shoepper Morgan was probably generous enough to share the "goods". Let us hope that he will be smart enough to share the "bad".

Let me tell you a bit more about the Chairman of the Beaches and his brother.
Mr. Liakat Dhanji inspite of all his claims of having developed major international projects used to own a mere stationary and photocopying shop in Vancouver, Canada. Moved to Hong Kong in 1994 to market condos in Vancouver under a company called Vigers International. This company collapsed in 1997 whereby Mr.Dhanji promptly ran away to Bangkok leaving 100s of investors who lost millions. He soon joined Golden Land from where he was forced out in 2004. His brother Mr Ashif Dhanji use to run a kiosk in a mall in Vancouver selling Yogun Fruz ice creams before going brankcrupt in 2005 whereby he too ran away to Bangkok.
