had enough of TRUE 'high-speed' crap product and service. Thinking of trying CS Loxinfo, though the initial signs of competence in their sales office are very discouraging.

How is there home user service - anyone using them?

Since 1998 I haven't changed my provider which was then Loxinfo and since a few years became CSloxinfo.
That might give you some thoughts about customer care, competence and service.
I trust CSloxinfo genuinely tries to help if you have a problem.
If you want a reliable and solid bandwidth sign for an sme package. The home pool is overcrowded.
The latter applies for almost all Thai ISP's

4mb SME on CSLox. No problems as good as it gets for international bandwidth on any ISP in Thailand.

I have home CSlox ADSL and there service is excellent and support by email very prompt and accurate (in English as well). I'm sticking with them and have been member since mid 90's when they only offered dial up. I'm using a good TOT line media in central Bangkok - so depends on how good your phone network is.
