not sure what this is, but I run google chrome with some 10+ tabs open. when I click on a link in tab A, the content of tab B next to tab A will be displayed, so I have tab B twice. Happened again and again, especially when the internet connection is a bit slow.

Any advise?

Just opened 15 Tabs in Chrome and tried to reproduce the issue. Can report this issue did not occur on my PC. I am running XP SP2.
I suggest an uninstall/reinstall
