if only we spent less time defining and more time meditating .........

:D
Agree with you, still i find very difficult to sit and meditate..I tried sometimes,i guess that's not my way :)

Then walk and meditate. :D Maybe you had expectation that you would gain something out of it. The key in meditation is concentrate on the breathing in & out. Know the moment. your mind will wander but have to know the moment then come back to the breathing. Expectation always cause disappointment which leads lower the motivation. There are levels that can be reached during meditation. You'll know when you reach them. till then, concentrate on the breathing.
Good post, agent 69,you are well right i think, and btw concentrate on the breathing is something i can do while walking and working. In fact my expectation are exactly reaching higher levels of consciousness.I don't feel proud about it,but rather grateful for the gift of it.I am likely to come down from those altitudes as i enjoy my fellow humans and i'm afraid to become more asocial than i am already, but nowadays i find more and more difficult to accept the company of drunk people.
Keep on the good work :D
Regards,Mau

But at 628 views and 24 posts so far, it turns out to be a popular topic.  :D
