Restate the question so it makes some sense. Directions from to where?

I seem to be having some trouble getting the correct coordinates, every time I input the coordinates into the GPS unit in my Dmax, it wants to send me about 2km of course.
I wonder if anyone can shed more light or maybe a trick or two into the best way of dealing with this.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks Baz

It works for me and I will just change the readout into something I use on my GPS anyway.

If it gets me to within a few metres I don't think there is a big problem in asking the rest of the way.

Cheers

Bill

Which coordinate format are you using with the Dmax GPS? The Map Lookup Tool uses the decimal format.

I've just tried this and it does not recognise Hua-Hin no matter how I spell it with or without the - ?

Also Hua Hin, ie a blank instead of the hyphen, does not work. I use maps.google.com to calculate distances. Example for Hua Hin - Bangkok: http://maps.google.c...672&ie=UTF8&z=9

Yeah I just checked myself and Hua Hin isn't there no matter how you spell it. Sorry.

Although Pran Buri is and you'd have to pass Hua Hin to get there.
