at least with a web page you have all the time in the world to fix it up later, not the same as concrete!

That's a really interesting design--love the "party deck!!   :o

Nice looking pad.Land looks very steep,any probs with erosion and landslides in the rainy season?

i only got the land 3 months ago so don't know for sure, but we dug the footing 2.5m down, well into the hard packed clay.

i will probably put a retaining wall in front of the house anyhow.

That's gona be a kick ass house when it's finished steve. I'm lookink at building something pretty similar in  koh samui. If you don't mind me asking how big is it (sq/mtrs) and roughly how much do you expect it to cost excluding the property.

it's 10m x 10m on 2 floors so about 220sqm with the party deck.

about 2MBaht for the materials and haa sen for the builder.

land was about a million.

i'll try upload some more LARGE pictures today.
