Not according to my 2008 edition 'Golf Map Thailand'.
It is listed as 1,600 Baht weekday and 2,200 Baht weekends (other courses on the map are explicitly shown as members only). Phone listed is 02 379 3716-7. HTH! #3

Not true, anyone can play, but I think the do give prefrenece to members for tee times.
