I reckon I'm the only person in Bangkok to have a dent in my car caused by a zebra's hoof! (the car is in Bangkok, too)

My sister ran a pub and often went to the ATM with me, took out my reward for occasionally assisting behind the bar, and left me in town to enjoy myself on a night out......

I reckon I'm the only westerner in Thailand who's extended his stay through marriage at 3 separate immi offices over the years (BKK, Nong Khai, Khon Kaen) and at all 3 had his wife told "He has to bring his wife with him when making an application." to which my wife bemusedly replies "I am his wife"

I reckon I'm the only person/farang in Bangkok to of rode across the Rama III bridge on a motorbike (excluding police).
That was by shadowing HGVs at every tollway checkpoint while on my CBR motorbike all the way across the Chao Phraya river Rama III bridge.

Saved myself a whole lotta traffic bs on that one
