Hi,

I have got a Master's degree in science & technology and would like to teach maths and physics in Thailand, do you think there are positions for foreigners?

Short answer: yes.

Bilingual and international schools will offer classes in math and the sciences in English as well as Thai.

Good luck.

Yes, esepcially in bilingual and English Programs (and some lower tier international school) - pay here would be 40 - 60k, give or take a few K. A degree in the field is highly desirable. Top international schools require teaching qualifications, and some overseas experience.

^ Correct! I teach Science and Math in a Bilingual Primary school. I have a BS in Geology and few years TEFLing experience.
