Desperately looking for a welding shop in Chiang Mai to finish work on my 750cc Suzuki frame. For the last 5 month the motorcycle has been at a frame shop here in CM. The owner refuses to finish the job simply because I drop by twice in 4 months to see progress (no words or looks were exchanged). Need to think twice before using his services the shop is located on Assadathorn Rd just down from the intersection of Wishayanon RD. Thanks

First hand experience would have me recommend either German Joe of Joe's Bike Team, Soi 2 Chiang Moi Rd or else Khun Daeng who has a shop on Kamphengdin Rd. Directions for K.Daeng would be to go south on Siriwongsee Rd towards Panthip Plaza then do a right onto Kamphengdin, bear round to the left after 200m and over the little canal. K. Daeng's shop is on the left and has loads of car parts outside. Joe and K.Daeng speak excellent English and both places will give you first class work.

Cheers,

Pikey.
