Just personally curious about the proof of over sea money coming to you.
I'm under the 50 years target and I can get a a government proof of being able
to take care of my self without working.
If i can show this proof.... would that get me a new back to back Tourist visa for ever and ever?
Ore only temporary and its up to the officer in charge!
My life is in the hand of the man with a good mood, ore what?

Cheers
Anders, from sweden

Tourist visas are intended for the purpose of travelling to Thailand for tourism, not to live in Thailand forever. Some consulates have issued a notice saying that persons applying for numerous back-to-back tourist visas fall under suspicion of working illegally in Thailand and may be denied a further tourist visa. It will depend on the consulate where you apply to decide what they consider acceptable evidence that you are not working illegally in Thailand.

A non immigrant visa/extension for study is the current method to stay for an extended period without working or meeting other extension requirements.

Thank you!
Have not looked into this thread for awhile.
I have one question about this ED- visa, is okay to study English and get same cind of visa and were can i study English to get a ED visa?
I don't wont to learn a new language and be denied to stay. I can not imagine the purpose of that. But English... wow, the hole world is open!

My wondering is... is there a school in Bangkok ho teach English and give you a ED- visa?

No school can give you a visa - if they and you qualify that can provide the paperwork for you to obtain a visa.  I have no information on English language schools that might teach third country nationals and qualify for ed visa.
