Maybe I'm wrong, however, what is the problem carrying a 2way radio and why get arrested for that??
Good Motorola units are freely available at many computer malls etc. #7Posted 2009-11-19 16:09:10

Good Motorola units are freely available at many computer malls etc. Radio transmitters of any type or size are subject strict licensing in Thailand. I think this could also be the problem, the ones issued by the police are covered by their license, it is a symbol of authority to have a 2 way of any type. |
