Obviously it's neither circumference nor diameter, but you get somewhere around those numbers (or slightly over)
when you measure your johnson's diameter and flatten whatever you used to .. wrap .. you know.

Why is it always important to claim to have a big penis when all Thai women that I've spoken to tell me that big is positively the worst size to be for them? so condom size is meassured as 'width' of condom (can be meassured when flat as in the pack) & typically comes in 49-60mm sized with 52mm being 'global default' size & 54-60mm being 'large'. this 'elastic' meassure corresponds to a circumferance of double length i.e. 98-120mm!
thus the advertised thai meassure of 49-56mm is in the average too large region although stats suggest SEA men have below average sizes (49mm size being typical size in TH) & everything as 'large sizes'.

from personal experience availibility of condom sizes in LOS is indeed restricted to 49-56mm exactly even with the 'foreign brands' of 'comfort condoms', durex etc as well as local/asian brands...

a shame really that it's not easily marketed on the condom packs which size it is e.g. XS, S, M, L, XL etc or at least the mm width which as mentioned often only can be read in small print somewhere on the back in the lower corner or such!

I am glad to see this topic as I have had a lot of trouble ever since I have been here.I use the biggest condoms I have been able to find [56 durex] and was with the help of my girlfriend,and I still find it very uncomfortable to put them on and they easily slide off and leave them inside her.This is to say the least a bit embarrassing!!! The measurement is the circumference of the penis and I do not consider myself to be so well endowed as to boast about it.Any help here? thanks Dougal

Yes with the Thai ones too small means the slide/pop off. In addition to not being big enough around, they are not long enough, which exacerbated the poping off problem. The latex is also very very think. In terms of sensation it feels like you're wrapped in a yoga mat. I bring ultra-sensative Trojans from home. It's the only way to fly.  I have seen Tojan and other American brands for sale here, but you might need to go to several pharmacies before you find them. I'm pretty sure Santi Healthcare has them in Phuket town opposite the bus station.
