The AMK PHAGRO (The German Medicine Products Commission of German Pharmacists) has sent out an urgent message to all public pharmacies in Germany that they have found twice foreign objects after components of the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine were mixed. Samples have been sent to the Central Laboratory of German Pharmacists or investigation.
