Been out of the loop for a few days travelling so only just had a chance to catch up on this blatant case of cheating.

Can anyone explain why the cheat should not be banned from playing in the World Cup?

I seem to remember UEFA recently took a stance against Eduardo (albeit his ban was rescinded) so what is the difference here. Still 'simulation' but in a different manner.

The football authorities are corrupt and simply shirk their responsibilities as and when they see fit.
