I think that you need a word expressing quality when you will have something like จริงใจ true hearted or น้ำใจ sincere. but I am not sure what you mean it sounds like 'follow your heart' without assigning a quality. ตามความตั้งใจ
คือ translates to 'namely' or 'equivalent to' so there should be some preamble to this. Sincerity is 'equivelent to' being true to your heart. จริงใจคือกระทำตามความตั้งใจตนเอง
This is by way of an experiment to see if the 'roof falls in' on me!

I think this works for "follow your own heart".

คือจริงหัวใจเธอ is unintelligible, sorry.
