Hello! New York City academic professional here, planning to spend third consecutive summer in Bangkok, and looking for a fairly basic (but comfortable) place to stay. Prefer the Thanon Convent/Suan Phlu area, but more than happy to consider other areas, just needs to be transportation-friendly!

Willing also to consider an apartment exchange if anyone is interested in spending the summer in a nice Manhattan neighborhood!

Impeccable references available....

Hope this is not too early to start this process; apologies if it is.... Appreciate any and all possibilities, words of advice, etc.
