Now, far more importantly, does it really matter where we were say. one month ago? No it does'nt. We seem to be on a role and getting the rub of the green which is so important. City must be praying that Tevez does'nt pick up an injury don't you think? Actually singher, City supporters like yourself and plodders know that we've taken the initiative at the crucial time. I know we have a long list of injuries but we also have the squad to deal with it. All we need now is for Defoe or Pav to start scoring.

Sorry, i was under the impression that my " hollow contention " would be something that would be need to be based on facts like i asked you to give to us all that would have made my point NOT a " hollow contention " but very valid & completely accurate one givien the fact that you won't tell us is that you've been outside of the Top 4 positions, for about 90% of the League Season, but it looks like they don't seem to matter..

My point is that its really not important where we were in, lets say October last year, if we are fourth as of today. Can't you see that. It has nothing to do with truth and lies does it. I seem to remember that we spent a lot of last season out of the top for aswell.

Carmine, you called what i said " hollow " yet what i said was just the truth, i based what i said on teh fact that you have been outside of the Top for for the VAST, VAST majority of the current Season..
That's not hollow at all, that's what is known to most people as common sense..
Unless of course you believe it's a pre meditated ploy of your Management Team to stay outside of the Top 4 positions for most of the Season & get there in the 2 or so Games again, like you did last Year ??

My theory is the opposition lets their turf grow for an extra couple of weeks prior to our visit knowing we will lose sight of him during the game.
I do think Pav is a better all round striker and Defoe is way too selfish. Big question for me is how does Les Ferdinand justify his position as forward coach at his weekly sit downs?

I don't agree at all with your percepption of how to deal with a Player who is lacking confidence in front of Goal by the way, you have to help build that confidence back up again, not the Redknapp/Bent/Missus comments..
Prmiership Footballers these days really are like Women, sometimes you have to tell them that they're beautiful, even when they are quite clearly not..
But all you do is shudder after you've said it & much like Prem Footballers, here in Thailand anyway, when they're not doing it for you, you trade them in for a better one..

Only the verdict will be of any interest really. You could count on one hand the number of people who think he's innocent. Its a mere piffling sum he's being done for though.

In the words of judas Campbell-end himself; its not about the money. It might not be a lot to you mate but it is to many and at the end of the day why should he exempt from the law just because he was born with a face like a baboons arse?
