Just bought a new phone with the proceeds of a claim made for my accidentally damaged Nokia on my UK-sourced policy whilst here in Bangkok. They won't insure my new Thailand-sourced phone since any repairs have to be carried out in the UK so does anyone know if mobile insurance is available here ?

Yes I would also appreciate any more info, just bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 for 20k and want to insure it but UK companies will only do it if you're in Thailand for less than 90 days at a time!
