Does my arse look big in this forum? #7Posted 2010-02-11 01:40:57
Without any intention to offend either the obese or those who want to mock the obese, we should keep in mind that not all fat people are gross overeaters. Some actually have medical conditions related to the thyroid and metabolism that contributes to their flabby appearance.

Interesting idea, but what happens when "a gang of up to 40 expats" walks into a restaurant? I have on a few occasions entered even relatively large restaurants with 8 people and it completely throw chaos in everything and we have had to wait for up to an hour for our food.....
Of course if it's just a buffet perhaps it's a minor detail but I don't suppose you only visit buffet restaurants? Edited by Phil Conners, 2010-02-11 10:59:47. #11Posted 2010-02-11 11:15:34
Agree It will swamp them
Could start a thread about the daily specials too. Rosie O Gradys is a must here . The Wedneday braised steak with boiled potatoes is superb #12Posted 2010-02-11 12:15:17

It should also be kept in mind that most people who are fat are so because they ate all the pies. #13Posted 2010-02-11 12:36:11

Amazing how that condition seems to crop up more in people from fast food/junk food capitals of the world. |
