Guidelines For Posting In the Photography and the Arts Forum:
Please read these carefully before posting in the Photography and the Arts Forum.
1. This Forum is for sharing expertise, knowledge and general discussion on Photography (both Digital and Film) and the Arts
2. All rules of the Thaivisa Forum (check here) apply in the Photography Subforum.
3. All photographs posted must be your own.
4. It is recommended that you watermark your photographs before posting to protect your copyright.
5. Photographs can be posted in two ways
i) Loading the photo to the forum using the buttons at the bottom right of the Reply screen 800 x 600 (72 dpi) is a good size
ii) Link to the photo in your own collection at another site. Please limit yourself to 3 photos at time if using this technique
otherwise a thread can be very slow to load for members with limited Internet access

6. Criticism of members photographs should be of a positive nature, recommending ways to improve the image(s).
Comments like "it is dross" are not acceptable.
7. Posters who are suspected of baiting the other members through behaviour such as:
i) Starting multiple threads without following up with posts in their previous threads
ii) Commenting off-topic in a manner which derails threads, especially in ways which go off-topic or break other forum guidelines
may find their topics closed or themselves warned.
8. All member are welcome to start competitions on any photographic topic. Please feel free to PM me if you need assistance.
9. Rules for members photo albums posted within Thaivisa
10. These guidelines may change without notice and are subject to moderator decision. The decisions of moderators may deviate from these guidelines as necessary.
