It simply CAN"T happen - it's just another pointless piece of Thai law enforcement dreamed up by some buffoon with nothing to do.

These animals have to be relocated -THey can't just be "stopped"- they have to be placed "in care" elsewhere - this costs money - Ihaven't heard of a single penny being put up for this, so it won'thappen.

THe elephants - which by the way areusually rented out to the people who take them round - will simplyend up in another part of town or a nearby location until the "heat"dies down and they will resume their activities.
