Anybody had problems recently having their debit card sent to Thailand address from nationwide?

Yes
I have an ongoing fraud on my account and they told me they will not send to Thailand and that I must change my address to within the UK. One week later a card arrived at my Thai Home, so your guess is as good as mine. After 4 weeks I am still waiting for advice from them despite numerous complaint letters & phone calls.

They told me they don't send Debit or Credit cards to Thailand then a new Credit Card arrived...so who really knows!!

                                      i  was    told  they  do only  send  debit  cards to a U.K. address.

It seems they have a policy when it suits, just wish they would let us know what it was!

I have same problem with NatWest.  They refuse point blank to send my new card to Thailand!!!!   Anyone had any different experience with them???
