Nice one, Fred. Good composition and pleasant colours in a lovely surrounding. Hard to beat Momma Nature. All we can do is complement her.

Thank you Ian. I was riding my motorbike when I saw her with my left eye. Luckily I had my camera with me because I was looking to take a pic to the birds eating insects on the back of the water buffaloes (not any good pic!) but my trip was not so unproductive.

inside my alms bowl..... on a recent meditation camp and at the temple we monks eat from our alms-bowl with everything mixed together...to help overcome the desire for tastes. Meat, egg, rice, fruit, bread, curries...all mixed up....as it all is anyway once past the tongue....
