Flew AirAsia out on Sunday, Mar. 13th, and dropped off Monday morning.  Picked up Tuesday afternoon and flew back to Phuket that night.
Information on the web site is correct.

FYI: if your asking for an 1 year multiple entry they'll want to see the original work permit as well as have a copy.

You mention showing the work permit. But if you already have a work permit, shouldn't you just extend the period of stay at the immigration in Phuket? I'm not sure how this work. Could you possibly give me the link to the website you mentioned?

Thanks.

There are other requirements to extend your stay at Immigration in addition to having a work permit.  As said most local Consulates will not issue a multi entry B visa without a valid work permit (with 8 months or so remaining on it at many).

Thanks for your quick reply (and crgram for the PM reply). I am employed by a company in Thailand. I have a work permit, issued by the labor office, that is valid for 1 year, and the equivalent 1-year period of stay issued by the local immigration. I extend both every year, for a period of 1-year, at the local immigration and labor office. Is there any other way to do this?

For those unable to extend there is the option to obtain new visa every 90 days or a multi entry visa and exit/return every 90 days.  Not something you would want to do if you can qualify for extensions of stay and don't need to travel often.
