Sadly, yes... same problem here (Rassada) ....seems to be too much rain for the technicians here... all you can do is... call 1100 and tell them... or directly your local TOT office... and, of course, be patient.. or better change / or add a additional 3BB line to your house..

Great...at least its not only me! I wish I could add a line with another provider but sadly they all say "cannot" in my corner of Thalang. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to call the muppets at TOT. #4Posted 2011-07-16 18:16:36

I have had the same problem here in Trang today. What I have found is the connection is timing out, when the page comes up with the error and a reload page option, the reload works. I am using Google Chrome and Google DNS (8.8.8.8)

Same problem since yesterday in Phuket, Chalong. It's not blocking, looks like packet loss and HTTPS is very sensitive to that. Please keep reporting here.

Same problem in Chiang Mai, Suthep area, it's already 3 days now…
I just wrote about the https problem on another post #11Posted 2011-07-18 13:33:50
Yep, Chiang Mai - 4 days now, looks like all of TOT are still on holiday-since Thursday!
Keep calling 1100 make sure they are up to speed-which we are not! #12Posted 2011-07-18 17:27:54
george is reporting traffic issues that will affect all of Thailand and these complaints have been coming from TOT and 3BB users across the board Quote
Many Thai ISP's are currently redirecting traffic between Thailand and Singapore via Japan. Traffic to Thaivisa.com could be slow from some ISP's/ locations. It may be a CAT Telecom issue on the international gateway. We have emailed the CAT datacenter in Bangkok, but no answer so far (still holiday today Monday). http://www.thaivisa....60#entry4566760 |
