My Thai Wife and our Son ,who was born in the uk are planning a 6 week trip to Thailand
He is 10 Month old,
Will he require any kind of special visa for a long stay ,I would like to arrange this prior to their visit?

If you use UK passport to enter child will receive normal 30 day stamp but there is no need to extend as overstay does not apply to children.  But who knows about airlines.  It would be best to obtain a 60 day tourist visa prior to travel just to be on the safe side as airline computer may flag a passport with no visa and onward travel more than 30 days in future.
